The host let me get in early which was fantastic. The only hiccup was that as soon as I went out and came back, the code the host gave me wouldn't work. I tried texting on the app and got no response. Luckily I had left a window open, so after 15 minutes of no response, I went in the window and went back to the door to get my groceries sitting outside. The host indicated the code he gave me expired an hour after I checked in for some reason. He called me directly when he got the message and apologized. Other than that hiccup, it was a good experience, he was responsive the rest of the trip. In addition, I had forgotten something and he held it for a friend to pick it up for me, which was super helpful. Would be 5* all the way across except for being locked out the first day and having to crawl in a window.
