"This property has an ongoing issue with its front desk staff. I’ve been staying here for a few years and every time I checkin there are multiple issue from being told to wait as the individual acts busy addressing other issues to just downright rude behavior. After this last mess where I waited 15 minutes then told to visit the other clerk who ignored me initially, I will not be choosing this property again."

"Parking was easy. Maintenance and upkeep was not timely. Breakfast options were standard fare."

"The night manager was wonderful and very responsive. She personally came to remedy the problem. Here is what happened...We checked in late to our room and unfortunately, housekeeping didn't clean our room. When my son was getting ready to go to sleep, he noticed the sheets were soiled. We also noticed that used towels were still hanging from the hooks."

"Only stayed at the property for one night. Everything was perfect, breakfast was good,etc. Will definitely stay at the property again soon."

"DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. I had the WORST experience I have ever had with a rental at this disgusting place. Not only was it nauseatingly dirty and smelly, but I fell and injured myself on the steps that were extremely slippery. Of course the host took zero responsibility and fought me every step of the way about a refund.Truly, I have seen sketchy motels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this place.I wish I could give a 0/10. "The room had no sink-related toiletries... Hand soap, tips, etc. Also, the arm of the desk chair was broken. Other than that it was fine."
