"We loved the location and it seems like the ownership is trying to update the property. We found some stains on the sheets and some of the amenities in the bathroom weren’t up to standards. We had quite a bit of noise late and yearly due to the attached restaurant."

"Such a wonderful home. The view is spectacular. We loved sitting around the fire pit and on the deck. The kitchen is extremely well stocked! It has ALL the basics and more. Everything was clean. Good communication from host. We also liked the additional family room in the basement. We will definitely be back."

"Beautiful property that is super clean! Plenty of room for a family! Had everything we needed to make dinners in the evening, including a grill! The pond in the back that borders RMNP, was so peaceful and tranquil. The location is perfect - close to Grand Lake and RMNP! Would definitely recommend!!"
