"In summary - quiet, rural, friendly. Beautifully decorated, comfy and warm room part of, but separate from, the main house. Lots of well behaved dogs, chooks, guinea fowl, cats to share the stay with. Bonus was the cooked breakfast! Axedale is on the rail bike trail and Bendigo has so much to offer!"

"Wonderful despite the rainy weekend. The tiny house was cosy with a toasty fire, or diesel heater when we wanted instant heat. The shower was hot, the bed comfy. Our hosts made sure we could get across the paddock to the tiny house when it was looking too damp for our car to make the journey in the wet. At night the stars were clearly visible from our own private river valley, complete with our own outside fire place beside the river. We took advantage of a tasty breakfast from the main house...
