Redfin Days is an inviting, open plan home with plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends. The main bedroom, featuring a king size bed is situated at the front of the home with ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom, and separate toilet at the other end of the house. With two spacious living areas, choose the perfect place to read a book, watch TV or relax. TV has Netflix and Kayo. All bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans, with a large reverse cycle system in the main living area. The kitchen has modern appliances, including a dishwasher. Everything you need to cook at home if you wish, or BBQ outside. The property is set on just under an acre, with plenty of outdoor space for everyone. Enjoy the outdoor tree swing or sit around the fire pit on those colder nights. A fully fenced yard, will keep your dogs secure within the property. Lots of yard space to tire out your fury friends or kids. The home is conveniently located within walking distance to the playground, cafe, pub, golf course, and the Campaspe River. Enjoy the walking trails or bring your bicycles and take ride along the O'Keeffe Rail Trail. The 49km trail has plenty of stopping points for food, wine or local attractions. Positioned in a central location, with 15 minutes to either central Bendigo or Heathcote.
