"The accommodation was lovely—modern, clean, well-appointed, and equipped with all the comforts of home. The views were beautiful, and the location was excellent—very close to the village with easy access. However, there was a serious safety issue with accessing the front door. The stairs were snow-covered, and the rope and chain railing was not secure, making it extremely dangerous—especially when carrying luggage and skis. Additionally, I found the third-party management company, Alpine Holiday Rentals, very difficult and rude to deal with, which negatively impacted the overall experience."

"Fantastic place but to stay, close to all shops, cafes and pubs. Ate the best pizza EVER just around the corner, super friendly staff, room was pristine. Loved the family suit and the ability to park undercover right at our front door. Only complaint was the room smelled musty and like BO but apart from that would definitely stay again. One happy Phillip island family 👌"
