🛋 Where Mornings Start and Evenings End — Living + Kitchen

This home was designed around easy togetherness.

Not the kind where everyone feels like they need an itinerary. The kind where someone makes coffee while somebody else flips through cards at the kitchen island. Where breakfast turns into late-morning conversation and nobody really notices what time it is.

The open living area has comfortable seating, room to gather without feeling crowded, and a kitchen designed to actually be used — not just photographed.

The oversized island tends to become the unofficial headquarters: meals, snacks, coffee, planning the day, deciding not to plan the day.

Strong Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are here if you need them.

Most guests end up using them less than expected.

🛏 Bedrooms — Comfortable Enough to Exhale

Both bedrooms have king beds because nobody has ever said:

"I wish we had less room to sleep."

One bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, while the second sits just steps from the hall bath.

For additional flexibility, two folding twin beds can be set up in the living area for children or extra guests.

🌙 The Backyard — Small Space, Easy Rhythm

One of the things guests love most here is that everyone naturally stays connected without needing to stay attached.

Someone can be in the hot tub while someone else starts dinner. Someone can be throwing cornhole bags while somebody settles around the fire pit.

Everyone gets to do their own thing without disappearing to opposite ends of the property.

The hot tub is tucked into the back and ready year-round. Usually it starts with:

"Let's just hop in for a few minutes."

Then somehow you're still sitting there an hour later talking about things you haven't talked about in months.

Funny how that happens.

The wood-burning fire pit sits with Adirondack seating nearby — the kind of place where one more story becomes another half hour.

Hi — I'm Beata.

I designed this home personally because sometimes getting away doesn't need to become a giant production.

Sometimes you just need a place where things feel a little simpler for a few days.

I wanted this house to feel like a vintage postcard — familiar, welcoming, a little nostalgic without feeling themed or overdone.

A place where you could walk downtown, come back home, slip into the hot tub, play cards, sleep well, and do it all again tomorrow.

I personally manage every reservation because hospitality matters deeply to me.

You'll get fast automated help on the small things (Wi-Fi password, directions, hot tub instructions, garbage day) so nothing waits. Anything important comes directly from me — not a cohost, not a call center, and not a virtual assistant.

A quick note about the Pay-It-Forward pantry: we stock spices, staples, coffee, baking basics, and the random good hot sauce somebody before you didn't finish.

Take what you need. Leave what you can.

It works because the people who stay here tend to take care of things — and each other.
