The villa is a 6-room accommodation spanning across 3 levels with a total area of 250 square meters. The lower ground floor consists of a living room with access to the swimming pool. The main level features a living/dining room equipped with a TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, as well as an open kitchen with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules. Both the living/dining room and the kitchen have access to a terrace. Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level. The upper floor comprises four bedrooms, each with a french bed (one room has a 160 cm wide bed, another has a 140 cm wide bed, and the remaining two rooms have 160 cm wide beds). Two of the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and one of them also features a shower/WC, double hand-basin, and a TV (flat screen).
