    Guests have exclusive access to over 6,000 m² of grounds, including a beautiful stone pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, a large English lawn, a vegetable garden, and a traditional Apulian “Pagliara”—a unique feature of the local countryside. The pool has a shallow children’s area with a gradual entry, perfect for families. Relax in your private hot tub or use the outdoor shower. The spacious covered patio offers a dining table and comfortable wooden and rattan lounge areas, ideal for outdoor dinners and evenings together, surrounded by greenery.



    Parking is available both on the property and on the street. Up to 3 pets are welcome. Events are not permitted.
