It is located a few steps from the beach and offers beautiful sea views from any of its terraces. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can accommodate 11 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning on the ground floor, ceiling fans in the other rooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a dryer, a TV and a selection of children's books and toys. The house has a fireplace and heating in winter. A baby cot is available upon request. The property boasts a private outdoor area with 2 open terraces, 2 covered terraces and a balcony. The terraces are well-equipped for dining and relaxing in the shade. The vacation home is set within 15 driving minutes from Motril and 50 min from Granada. The nearest beach is Calahonda beach.
