"The accommodation is decent placed on the U1 station Altes Landgut. 5 mins walking to Spar supermarket. Sofa bed is not the best. Cramped up space in the lounge. Balcony is cool. Not possible to get new towels in 5 night stay. (I think they replace only after a week..) "

"A unique find to have a large terrace and be so close to central Vienna via trams and U bahn. Plenty of room for 6 people and easy access via lift. The only things we would have wanted extra would be some mugs (as there were only 6 small coffee cups) and more / larger pillows (one small pillow per person). "Spent three enjoyable days exploring Vienna, and this was the ideal home-base. Three tram stops from train station, and east access to tram and subway for traveling anywhere in Vienna. Three grocery stores with 5-6 minute walk, as well as various restaurants. Apartment is on the fourth floor, but we are all in our 60s and had no problems."

"We wanted a place that made us feel like a resident instead of a tourist with a nice bed and a kitchen so that we could make coffee and light breakfasts, that was easily walkable to the central city, and to the underground. This provided all of that. There are many restaurants within a very short walk and a store within 2 blocks and the underground within 3 blocks. It only took 15 minutes to walk into the central city. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual.
