Property with a lot of character and cant beat the location! We loved it and would definitely stay again. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. We would definitely stay here if we come again!

Stay here for the location as it’s hard to be any more central. Staff are warm and friendly, and the food is great. Air conditioning was affective and welcome, beds comfortable. Room a little tired in terms of furniture. Parking is best over in the Europark (25 BAM a day)

This place and the service exceeded expectations. The welcome was amazing. Staff took our bags to the room while we were seated on the porch for complimentary fresh peach juice and a tasty yogurt. We also dined with them and got the all inclusive meal one fish and one lamb, both were superb. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

Warm welcome from staff. Great location a 1 minute walk to the bridge. Lovely breakfast and nice dinner. On the flip side our rooms were really noisy (501&502) and it’s disappointing to have guests smoking in the outdoor dining terrace at breakfast time (but this is the same in most places in Bosnia)

Hotel grounds were beautiful and the location cannot be beat for those looking to explore the old town. Overall the hotel staff were kind and mostly helpful. The one significant issue I had was that our bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and reeked of mold/must. When I asked the hotel staff they mostly dismissed my claim, said it was normal, and claimed all rooms were booked and there was nothing that could be done. The next day the staff clearly had entered the room while we were away and painted over the mold (I took a picture beforehand so it was very obvious). Very disappointing actions for a hotel that is claiming 4 stars.

The staff was 15/10!!! Helpful, nice, kind and helped us with a booking issue we had. Parking across the street. Direct access to the shops and bridge. Stay here- even upon discharge thye helped us exchange our money back to Euros

The location was great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Dinner was delicious. What sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Janet welcomed us with tea and graciously offered us an early check-in at an available room. She did a wonderful job of explaining key sites to see around the town. At dinner, Damir was most attentive and made our dinner an excellent experience.

Location is amazing and the rooms are clean. Staff were amazing—honestly, they could not have been more professional and welcoming. We did not have much of a view from our room, but there are great views from the terrace of the restaurant. My only complaint is regarding the mattress AND PILLOWS! Bring your own pillow and you’ll be golden. 🙂

Excellent location and friendly staff. There is, however, virtually no amenities in the room. I also found a dirty towel hang in the back of my bathroom room door. The internet was exceedingly slow. The in-room safe was not operational. It’s really a three-star hotel.

The grounds of the hotel are breathtaking and it is in an ideal location right next to the crooked bridge. Parking is in a nearby side street with no issues. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall we loved our stay in this really lovely hotel.
