"Location a mixed blessing...close to everything Batemans Bay has to offer but road noise was an issue, particularly for rooms not enjoying a water view. Alison was super helpful at check-in. Room was extra large; a definite plus, as was direct rear access to the esplanade for an early-morning or after-dinner stroll."

Close to everything with a gentle walk to Woolies/Aldi and a bunch of other shops. AirCon seemed to have a temperature limit so we couldn't have it quite as warm as we wanted, but I guess that happens. Would definately go back when we come down next year."

"I always like to stay at Zorba’s. It’s right in town with a lovely view of the inlet. The staff are very helpful too. The rooms are very comfy, the bed perfect. It’s a lovely thing to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains and look at the water."

"It's a great location. a short walk to everything along the water. But the room is quite small, property quite dated, not well maintained. The staff was only lukewarm with our inquiries and questions.. Bathroom newly renovated though, very nice showerhead."
