"Great location, cleanliness, comfort. Various sets of pillows and blankets in the rooms, quality toiletries. Nespresso capsules are available in the room for a small price.
Breakfast is excellent - great ingredients, broad variety, they refill all the time. Tapioca & omelette station is really working well, they make tasty stuff. They change pastries every day.
Rooftop pool is a gem - view is like from a postcard, and you can really get your zen there.
Also a special mention to the staff who communicated well that AC shouldn't be turned on in our room - well done, every time the room was cleaned, this was respected, thank you. I'd stay here again.
What can be done better:
- Many guests go for early tours and the hotel could offer a breakfast bag. It is a common service even in hotels of much lower rank. It is not about 'taking food out of the hotel and someone suing them if they get tummy issues', it is a simple courtesy and can be also followed by a disclaimer if they are so afraid of that...I'm mentioning this part about consuming food outside of hotel, since the restaurant is plastered with those signs that for 'guests safety they shouldn't take food outside of the restaurant '...
- Cappuccino in the rooftop bar tastes like a colored water with some foam on top.... We were really surprised by the quality...other beverages are great"

My only slight negative is the staff at the roof top bar weren’t very friendly and I had to go to the bar to order food even though they were just stood around chatting.
