Cozy apartment close to shops, bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Super fast internet, quiet + safe neighborhood, parking, L couch with TV, full kitchen, 15 minutes from San Luis Obispo, multiple beaches and great surfing spots. I have a standing desk w/ chair / pad as I normally work from home. The view is of Morro Rock and the ocean.
