Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
We had standing water in our room, when we went to tell the front desk, we were told "I can get you a mop" The soaps were locked in so high my kids couldn't reach them and the AC unit kicked on so loud it was hard to get to sleep. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure.

Room was clean. Evident that some updating is needed here and there but very good otherwise. The staff were helpful and kind.

We stayed here a week ago on the way to the beach last minute and this was exactly halfway so we booked it again. The problems with the room were the same, soap out of reach for my kids, locked into the wall, the AC was CRAZY LOUD and scared my kids awake a couple times. This stay, there was a high pitched beeping coming from the outlet at the headboard between the beds. Couldn't find a way to turn it off and kept my daughter and I awake even with a sound machine one. Good water pressure and decent bfast. Staff the go was lovely!
