"Wonderful communication"

"The general take away was everything is either a bit or on its way to being very run down. It was all clean enough, floors, kitchen, linens, and bathrooms. But even then, visible wear and tear (visibly dirty couch, grimey tiles, and hard to close kitchen cabinets). The hot water heater, we found, was initially turned off, but even when we turned it back on, the water never really got hot in the showers. The pool, while I understand we are in the desert and exposed, seemed dirtier than we would...

"The house is very spacious and clean. I liked the open kitchen with the living room dining area. The rooms are big and have two full size beds in each room. It was perfect for my family. We enjoyed the pool. The pool is well kept. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. It was a nice quiet neighborhood which is what fit our needs. Grocery stores and lots of eaterites nearby. Plenty of parking."
