Very kind personnel in desperate need of TRAINING!

Posted 09-Dec-2015 on Hotels
I called again and again, from my room, both the Restaurant and the Reception. Every time they were answering, but not hearing my voice. NO ONE realized that it should be the case of sending somebody to my room. I called the Hotel through external line using my mobile phone: no answer. Finally I managed to get the on call officer through mobile phone... and later on a clark knocked at my room... My conclusion: Very kind personnel in desperate need of TRAINING!

Pleasant, modern hotel

Posted 10-Sep-2015
Location: Morogoro has nice weather (not humid, unlike the coast, and is a lush agricultural area. There is apparently good hiking in the hills
Morogoro is not a huge tourist destination, so I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It has large comfortable rooms, a nice pool, and the food is dependable and tasty. There are older hotels with more character in this city, but Nashera Hotel is comparable to comfortable American hotels.

モロゴロ一のホテル

Posted 20-Dec-2014
Pros:

Hotel out of the city centre in a quiet area.

Posted 13-Dec-2014
Pros: Service is excellent and with a smile.
Cons: Food for dinner.
Location: Was working and had no time to visit.
The hotel is located away from the city centre and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and the view of the mountains is wonderful. Had a medical issue that required immediate attention at 11pm at night and the staff got me a taxi quickly to go to a private hospital where I could get medication. The breakfast is ok and the dinner is hit and miss. i would stay there again if I go back to Morogoro.

Wonderful views and bird life, all needed faciliti

Posted 02-Mar-2014
Pros: Location, Staff, swimming pool (small but spotlessly clean)
Cons: Shade near swimming pool More seats in grounds. Less outside lighting so you can see stars at night.
Location: Wonderful walks up Uluguru mountains organised through Chilunga Cultural Tourism . Also Mikumi National Park is outstanding.
We were having a break from some voluntary work so it was wonderful to have some luxuries, and the opportunity to explore.
