"Our studio apartment was clean, comfortable and close to local dining and transport options. Nice toiletries in the bathroom, and a well equipped kitchenette with small hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster made for a very pleasant stay. There was also a good balcony with table & chairs to enjoy warmer weather. Trains and buses were close by and there’s a lot of local cafe’s & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at Quest Cheltenham."

"The check in process was very welcoming, information and instructions were very clear and given with great Customer Service. Just a suggestion for next time is to provide dish washing cloth to wipe down benches and a tea towel. Coffee and Tea provided but there were no tea/coffee mugs to use ☹️. Was neat and tidy overall."
