Overall the property was wonderful, decor was amazing and all the staff were very attentive and friendly. One of our rooms didn't drain the shower water properly and it would have been better to have air vents in the bathroom toilet room for ventilation. One of our rooms had a cockroach come into the room also. Despite this, I would still rate as 5 star because the staff dealt with the issue very apologetically.

Excellent hotel, a little dated but still very nice. Great room, spacious for Europe, and bathroon. Staff attentive and professional, always helpfull. Very well located, 5min walk to the Duomo. Good breakfast with enough selection to vary in a short stay. All along a great hotel. Recommended

"It’s a beautiful hotel and I’ve booked a lake view room which was expensive. However the room was small with no wine glasses provided. The restaurant was beautiful and elegant. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were nice and helpful. I enjoyed staying at this hotel."
