Our time here was very pleasant. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast was awesome! Having a restaurant in the hotel was a plus. I would stay here anytime. They went out of their way to make sure my room was decorated how I want.

No Assistnace with luggage with winding stone stairways. No concierge from 10pm- 12 am. No one at 6am at reception to receive keys. Requested lunch box or breakfast bag for pickup which was not there. Taxi stand is far away from property to walk with luggage. Excellent though as close to water and food is ok. Sea bass was good. Waiters are helpful. English is not spoken well. View is great. Shopping streets are good.

Please fix the leak from shower. Leaks in the bathroom and hallway carpet. Smells mold. Replace the entrance carpet just 2-3 m. Smells bad. And spray heavily for mold. It’s a great hotel otherwise and great staff. I loved it. Thank you.
