No Assistnace with luggage with winding stone stairways. No concierge from 10pm- 12 am. No one at 6am at reception to receive keys. Requested lunch box or breakfast bag for pickup which was not there. Taxi stand is far away from property to walk with luggage. Excellent though as close to water and food is ok. Sea bass was good. Waiters are helpful. English is not spoken well. View is great. Shopping streets are good.

Our unit smelled like an ash tray when we walked in… had electrical issues.. super loud and sketchy people on property.. you can’t get a hold of upper management they don’t answer.. let’s just say we packed up with our 6 month old and left the property at midnight because we lost power 5 times in matter of minutes and had a completely unsafe feeling staying there. I would never stay at this place again.
