"Overall, a cool hotel. When I booked, I didn’t know what to expect, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Front desk seemed to have no interest in guests at all. When I was checking in, I asked if they were doing renovations, the desk said yes, so I asked, can I have a renovated room. Her response, I have no clue which rooms have been renovated. You're telling that you don’t have a note posted somewhere stating which rooms were renovated? That’s just stupid. "

"Easy to get to and a short 16 minute drive from Spooky Nook! Lots of dining options on site as well as within a 10 minute drive and a short drive into beautiful Lancaster farmlands! "

"Our stay was more then expected! The hospitality was wonderful! The only thing that i could possibly complain about was the jacuzzi time .....people seem to think its all there's! Like an entire family took up the jacuzzi all night. I wanted to spend at least 20-30 minutes soothing my muscles but could not get a chance! "
