The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. One thing I didn't like is that they don't offer late check out. I was told I would have to pay for a full night. But they do offer luggage keeping. I would stay again.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay which extended over a full seven days in late May. It a very nice small hotel (about 12 rooms) and is well-located, recently renovated and clean. The staff was excellent and the full breakfasts were tasty and satisfying. Our room was on the smaller side and upstairs at the back of the hotel. As there is no air-conditioning and limited air flow, we had a couple of nights where the room was uncomfortably hot. When the weather cooled, it was better though. We did have a chance to see other rooms during our stay and they were much more spacious and we’ll-appointed. I would recommend choosing a room with a window at the front of the hotel if possible if your stay is during the hot, humid season. As for the bed, my wife found it too firm, although I was fine with it. To summarize, we would happily stay here again but would upgrade to a larger room if possible.

Very bad hotel will never book again
When I arrived at Morelia Mexico M hoteles concepto, they told me my reservation from hotels.com was not valid, causing me a big problem to my family we didn’t have a place to stay in the middle of the night, in a unknown city it was a nightmare, had to found another hotel to stay

Surprisingly awesome
Aside from the spiral staircase I had to navigate with a suitcase filled with equipment everything was awesome. The entire staff crossed over to other areas of responsibility so one is never told that's not my job. I couldn't believe such a good breakfast was free of charge! I can't wait to stay again during my next stop in Morelia.

Under Construction
The hotel was closed and under construction so we were given rooms in their sister hotel across the street. Consequently the pictures didn't represent the room we were given. The staff were very helpful however, it appeared some of the rooms were being renovated and there was a constant smell of paint and plaster. Our room was microscopic and we had to move our suitcases around when we went from the bed to the bathroom. The good part was that we had a nice outside balcony. We were on the second floor with no elevator, however the staff carried our suitcases up the narrow circular staircase. The staff were helpful and the location was good.

Nearly There!
This hotel is still finishing up renovations. The roof terrace was not open yet. The room 's only window opened onto the centre courtyard and did not have security bars. Our room was very clean with good linens and a comfortable bed. However there was an odour of wet cement which meant you had to leave the windows open. The free breakfast was very good and service was excellent. The staff was very pleasant and helpful but only spoke Spanish.

Off beaten path and can't tell where it is really. No parking but has a parking garage you can stay for a dew and 1 block away. Hrs are not good either 7am to 11pm. Its a good value

This place operated like a by the hour assignation hotel. Expedia should NOT list it as an option. First room was basically a windowless walk-in closet, the second small room had a tiny window and appeared to be under construction, with pipes and wires dangling out of the walls. I retracted my check in and left within 30 minutes.

This hotel is in a great location. It is clean and modern. We enjoyed a delicious and hearty breakfast each morning. The day staff was helpful and offered us a map, directions and to call us taxis.

Very nice boutique hotel just two blocks from the Cathedral and main square of Morelia. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overnight parking is available at a near garage for 50 pesos.

Great location and good free breakfast.
Great small hotel. Good free breakfast. Only one issue-thin walls. We could hear everything that was taking place in the hallway. However, we still loved this place and would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel us convenient to The Historic section attractions. The breakfast is excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. It was small but for a solo traveler just fine. The room has air-conditioning and that figured into my choice. The rate was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Almost perfect
Modernized room with everything you need towels shampoo soap a flat screen TV with cable free breakfast and a rooftop terrace. It is only blocks away from the center of the city. My only problem that keeps me leaving a perfect review is that you can't control the air conditioner. It has central air that does not keep the room cool when someone takes a shower.

Closed to downtown Morelia just a few blocks away.
Coffee was great! My boyfriend didn’t like the pillows.. a little to hard. I wish they had valet parking as well the parking fee attached to the room booking. We had to walk a block away.. to get the car. We both work in hotel industry.

Lovely staying!
Me and my 3 year old daughter stayed in for 2 nights. We had a great time, room was super clean, comfy and we always felt safe. 2 blocks(small blocks). Breakfast was great(free) and I love the coffee. Can't wait to go back.

Extremely noisy, couldn't sleep!
The hotel was very nice and clean. However, past 10 pm and all through the night, hotel employees talked a lot and the rooms are extremely close to the reception (right outside) so there was no way of sleeping. Rooms being small and the door having a pretty big gap on top and bottom, any noise outside the door came right in. There was also a window next to the door that led to reception, so the room was well lit with the outside reception light most of the night. Reception phone rang approximately 5 times throughout the night, no one answered! It sounded like the phone was on our ears. Front door of hotel was kept open most of the night (extremely close to our room) so all the street noise came right in to our room. We heard cops' sirens, people's conversation as they walked down the street, dog fight, basically anything going on in the street we could hear loud and clear in the room. Aside from staff being loud at night, they were polite and nice. And if you're expecting breakfast in the morning, it won't be ready at 8 am as they tell you. We had to leave the hotel early, so we had what the receptionist couldn't find (yogurt, granola and some fruit). Cook got to hotel 30 minutes after breakfast was supposed to start. Hotel was pretty clean and nice. But way way too noisy!

Romantic Hidden Gem. TRY IT
Great place! Neighborhood will make you think its not the best, but the rooms and the feel of this little place is ten times more than I expected. DEFINITELY WORTH CHECKING IT OUT. Make sure to visit the rooftop lounge. I thought it is a fantastic little getaway, and I am hardcore when it comes to reviews. Two~three blocks from a main plaza. I have lived in Mexico for the past four years, and I recommend this as the best value in town.

Great hotel at an excellent price.
Wonderful location. Short walk to the cathedral, 3 blocks. The hotel was very quaint, secure and comfortable. Our room was very pleasant. A lovely full Mexican breakfast was included. We would stay her again in a second. The staff was very helpful.

Welcoming oasis in the heart of Morelia
I truly enjoyed my solo stay of several nights in December 2014. The staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. I was in walking distance of all the sightseeing one would want in Morelia. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
