"Loved this hotel. Room was a good size, and comfortable, with air conditioning close to the pool and the sea. We had a room close to the pool, but the sea is literally steps away. In peaceful surroundings. Accommodation was lovely in beautiful grounds, staff friendly and happy to help. Breakfast had a wide variety and good choice, and evening meals too. There were a number of restaurants close to the hotel along the seafront with a good walkway . Beach has small pebbles, but once you’re in the sea it is sandy and water so clear. Lovely well maintained grounds Plenty of sun beds If you wanted to go into Corfu town there was a bus stop just outside hotel Would definitely look to come again"

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. The location was good, with easy access to the beach and a great base for exploring the area. The only downside was the food, which we found quite mediocre. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay."

"Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again. My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They made me feel awkward especially after a lovely 1st treatment and the spa managers attitude was awful. Eventually she realised the mistake after making me feel I was incorrect and reluctantly gave me a refund after I asked for this as I couldn't schedule in 2nd treatment as I was going home day after. I felt really upset after this experience and therefore spoke to the hotel reception team. They were lovely and even had a surprise for me in my room to cheer me up of champagne. They even gave me a late checkout as an apology on behalf the spa. It was first year this spa was linked to the hotel and I just hope for the hote's sake the spa manager is put on a course of customer service and treat customers better so it doesn't tarnish the hotels reputation. I still give 5 out 5 for review based on just the hotel and not including spa. Hence the detailed review for spa."

The food at the restaurant very good with a variety of things every night, many traditional meals which they are much appreciated with the taste of the local, Overall it was a very nice time and experience.
