"Very beautiful cabin and perfect for a little get away. We brought our dog as well for her first vacation! The town is very peaceful, friendly and slow paced which was nice for us and our pup. Rebekah was super helpful and accommodating, we’ll definitely be back."

"Absolutely fabulous stay for my husband and I! Everything you could think of was provided for our stay. We kept thinking "surely they don't have..." but for everything they had it! The home and lake view was spectacular. Waking up in the morning to some nice coffee and fog over the lake was amazing. We were looking for some peace and quiet away from our busy life for a few days and this delivered in spades. Definitely will stay again!"

"We chose this “cabin” for our ladies’ trip and had a wonderful time. I say “cabin” because it was actually a large, beautiful house. We loved the hot tub on the covered, screened-in porch! It was perfect for enjoying a soak and the view without needing to brave the elements. And the view was spectacular! The cabin has a clear view of the lake from the hot tub, and stars at night from the large, wrap-around deck. The deer even came up to the deck to say hello. It was all just gorgeous!The kitchen had everything we needed for meal cooking and preparing snacks. The beds were comfy with several pillow and blanket options. Overall the house was clean and stocked with everything we needed.The steps down to the lake were not for the faint of heart, but even with my gimpy knees I made it up and down. A note for future guests: there are also steps up to the main living area from the garage/outside that are a little steep, but manageable.I’ll admit we were a little reluctant upon seeing a couple of reviews about it not being clean and that there were wasps. We brought cleaning supplies and bee spray, but it wasn’t needed! The Orkin person came for a preventative spray and we saw no wasps inside or out even before that. The only issue we had was the hot tub flipping the breaker. But one text and the hosts/management company had a repair man out the same day and it was resolved. Very pleased with the response time! We highly recommend this cabin for your Grand Lake adventures."

"Great spot for a family and so close to the Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain national park. Relaxing balcony with great views and river access. Well stocked with cooking supplies so we were able to enjoy meals at the condo. Fun games for winding down after a day of hiking. Only complaint- towels smelled weird."
