"Loved our room! Got in the hot tub and sauna. Took a nice walk down by the river and hiked up the mountain. The breakfast made me feel like I was in Europe, delicious and all homemade."

Fall River Retreat #11- 3 BDR Condo on River in Estes Park CO - EV# 6196
10/10 Excellent
"We have stayed at a lot of properties in Estes Park over the last 20 years and this is one of the best. It is spotless, well-equipped and tastefully decorated throughout. Unfortunately, our stay was shorter than usual (only 4 nights) because we would have enjoyed a full week or more of sitting on the porch and enjoying the river.Great access to the quieter Fall River entrance into RMNP. "
"Excellent location, loves the river flowing right beside the unit. Saw elk on the property first night! Directions to the u it were slightly confusing but once we figured that out it was great. "
"The property was just as described. It was well stocked with the essentials. Location to the Fall River entrance was great and a short drive to downtown Estes Park and the Safeway grocery store. I really can’t find any issues with the property. We have traveled all over the country and this is honestly the best of quality, supplied essentials and location for the purpose of our trip. Would stay here again no question. "
"Pros: beautiful area, tons of Elk and other animals, close tu the National Park.
Cons: An older place. It was hard to know which plugs would work. It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. Things were clearly missed. No soap or shampoo conditioner were filled in the bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer. They ask you to wash the towels when you leave, but don't provide laundry soap? Only some burners on the stove worked. They didn't have enough utensils and some of the kitchen tools didn't work. It was super hot the first night and didn't have AC to cool the place down. It helped opening windows. We also couldn't get the fireplace to work. The book should have provided more details about everything. "
"Me and my girlfried stayed 4 night, had a great time. Did havebone problem, even with it being a sunday they called me back very quickly and sent a maintenance guy to fix the problem why we where out in town. We would definitely stay again the only down side was no animals made us miss our puppies why we were gone"
