Residence Moorea Sunset Beach
10/10 Excellent
"Sunset Beach is the ideal hotel for snorkelers and divers. The lagoon is huge, and you can take shark and whale excursions right from the bay. Alternatively, you can just snorkel from the beach or go further out with a kayak. The apartments are spacious and fully equipped with kitchens. There’s a restaurant on site called Les Tipaniers. It’s on the beach but doesn’t seem to be affiliated with the hotel. It was perfect for breakfast, dinner or drinks and serves lunch too."

"Superb customer service. Phenomenal ocean access to the most stunning waters, and so useful to have SUPs and kayaks easily on hand. Plus, walking distance to many restaurants and shop. Location beats the other hotel resorts on moorea"

"We loved being right on the water. Huge apartment and deck over the water. Many fish in the water all the time. Didn't like that the cat had access to our bath and kitchen areas. Nice cat but did get on the counter in the kitchen. There's no way to lock the cat out because two of the walls were open to the garden."
