My two bed room was clean and large. The bathroom was okay. I did not like the shower spray head. It's the type that has electric coils in the shower head that heats the water. If you touch the large shower head with the electric coils inside you will get an electric shock. Breakfast was included. Orange juice, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, cut cold meat, rolls, bread, small danish, toaster, three fruit choices. No elevator, carry suitcase up and down stairs. No heat in my room. But you can ask for a small electric heater.
