This is probably the best hotel in the town, great staff, a beautiful room, well designed to Western standards and a great view of the lake from the third floor. A glass wall in the bathroom afforded a view of the lake from the shower. They also provided us with an oxygen tank to the room for 180 bob which was great. What I didn't like was the shower over bath. The shower head was too close to the wall so I found myself with one leg up on the bath rim to try to get my body under the shower properly. The water was often not hot in the morning. It was explained to me that they couldn't have an elevator because the power supply is unreliable, so if you have trouble with stairs as I do, I suggest you request a first floor room. Although it's a great location near to the lake, there are no cafes, restos or convenience stores close by. A bottle of water is provided on your fist day only. A snack bar at reception would be great. Despite the negatives I have no hesitation giving this hotel a five star rating.

The best hotel in Copacabana, but ..

The best hotel in Copacabana, very good location, the rooms have lake view. Good infrastructure and good food. The service staff is attentive. It would be 5, but it . It doesn't have WiFi, or it does but it doesn't work. And from the staff's responses it seems like a normal situation. The WiFi, in countries like Bolivia, the hotel's WiFi is CRUCIAL, for us WiFi is more important than breakfast.

El hotel está bien pero es caro para lo que ofrecen. La habitación es grande, cama cómoda, con un pequeño balcón y exterior. El desayuno nos defraudó para el tipo de hotel y lo que habíamos pagado. Bien ubicado (no en el mismo centro, a unos 5 minutos). Ojo ! Lo que nos cobraron en el hotel no coincidía con lo que habíamos contratado en hoteles.com. Eran para dos noches 40 € de más. Nos dimos cuenta al día siguiente e hicimos reclamación. Nos cobraban un tipo de cambio de euro a boliviano que no coincidía con el oficinal. Protestamos y nos devolvieron en efectivo esos 40 € (lo correspondiente en bolivianos). El hotel está bien pero es caro para los precios que se pagan en Bolivia, para las instalaciones y servicios del hotel...

Excelente hotel para ficar com a família

O hotel é bastante confortável com quartos bastante amplos que cabem sem problema uma família de 4 pessoas. O único ponto negativo é o acesso ao hotel, onde a rua de acesso está em obra, sendo difícil andar com malas

Todo excelente! Sin embargo no tuvimos wifi en la hsbitacion toda la estsdia. Hab 205 no llega la señal Deben poner otro modem o repetidor en esa ala del edificio! Por lo demás como siempre el hotel es hermoso!

Relax in Copacabana

We stayed in a wonderful, spacious room with a private balcony overseeing the lake. It got a bit cold in the room at night (in summer). Staff was attentive and professional. Dinner menu pricey.
