Great views and very nice staff hosting you. Basic but solid breakfast in the morning and the Wifi works. Shower had hot water. Very much worth it at this price point.

Facilities very nice, the view, the beds were great but hot water not working well, only staff we met, left in the rush to social event and didn’t come back at all so neighbors had to fix breakfast for us in our room because there were no key to get in dining room , access with luggage also difficult because it is located a the top of the mountain

We didn’t get to check in as no one was at the hotel. We tried calling the number provided and no one answered. We tried contacting hotels.com but they didn’t help either, and have ignored all emails about refunds! Terrible experience! Would not recommend!

O quarto tem uma vista maravilhosa pro lago, mas não tem uma pessoa que fica lá direto. A moça que toma conta marcou a hora pro café e a hora do jantar. E fica numa ilha em um morro. Se vc precisa de QQ coisa não tem a quem recorrer. Ficamos perdidos para chegar e ao chegar o quarto nem estava pronto. Acho que é uma característica da ilha que é tudo difícil acesso.

A experiência foi extremamente decepcionante. Não houve ninguém para nos recepcionar e foi impossível estabelecer contato com a hospedagem, até mesmo o suporte do Hoteis.com não teve retorno. Entramos nos quartos por conta própria, onde constatamos a falta total de água, papel higiênico, toalhas de banho impossibilitando até a higiene básica. No dia seguinte, continuamos sem assistência e sem o café da manhã. Planejávamos ficar até o check-out, mas fomos obrigados a sair às 7h para retornar a Copacabana apenas para tomar banho em outro local.

La habitación es tal como se muestra en las fotos, tiene una vista del amanecer y de los nevados de la cordillera de Los Andes espectacular, me atrevo a decir que de las mejores vistas de la isla, se debe tomar en cuenta que este es un ecolodge pequeño, entonces no funciona como un hotel habitual, no tienen recepción, tienes que ir a buscar a Doña Francisca, que está por ahí trabajando en la propiedad, te recibe Beto el perrito y él le avisa que llegaste. No tiene calefacción, pero tiene 3 cobijas gruesas, hace bastante frío en la noche, debes tomarlo en cuenta. Tiene wi fi intermitente, pero funcionó bien para mí, también tiene agua caliente. Doña Francisca hace una trucha deliciosa para cenar y el desayuno está incluido. Si buscas silencio, paz, tranquilidad, no tienes prisas, un lugar seguro para meditar, quieres tener vistas y estar cerca del Templo del Sol o de la parte más tranquila de la isla, este es tu lugar.

Chambre impeccable, vue imprenable sur le lac, douche avec eau chaude et bon débit et petit déjeuner : que demander de plus ! Attention, il n'y a que très peu d'éclairage public sur l'île : ayez une lampe torche ou de la batterie dans votre smartphone !
