They'll make you deposit 1k BRL to their bank account - which they claim they'll refund it all within a week after your checkout. They won't send all the information you'll need via message or whatsapp. Instead, they'll send you a link that contains all the info about your stay - whcih lacks clarity and...
"This little hotel was about a mile away from my friend’s apartment so it was perfect for me. Nice little breakfast for about $6 US and very friendly and helpful staff. It’s proximity to Congonhas airport meant that getting an Uber was never an issue."
