It's OK to smoke outside. Giovanni is an excellent host who speaks some English, so no worry about communications. The location is outside of San Vito proper, but there is a bar for coffee and cocktails (Bar Royal Apollonia) within walking distance, plus a top-notch restaurant a little farther (Osteria del Carcere). It's hard to believe that such a small village could have such a great restaurant. The property location is close to many surrounding towns, including Pescara."
