The hotel was excellent. Location poor for usas we travelled by train and wantked to visit the old city. But the hotel staff arranged taxis for us.

Struttura non proprio 4 stelle, tappeto ingresso principale sporco, sedie in plastica esterne ingresso cotte dal sole. Camera con vetri della finestra sporchi, doccia con mosaico a terra danneggiato e comando apertura acqua doccia danneggiato, scopino wc con supporto a muro rotto e poggiato a terra, materasso scomodo (troppo rigido per i miei gusti). Colazione non di qualità e zona frutta e torte piena di moscerini. Ottimo il servizio accoglienza alla reception (cordialità e professionalità dei dipendenti), ottimi i cappuccini (fatti al momento), cordialità in sala colazione (se si può chiamare tale… tavoli apparecchiati in prossimità della Hall e non separati in una sala dedicata, bancone bar/colazione vicinissimo al bancone reception. Fantastico il personale, da rivedere tutto il resto. Il 9.2 come voto su Booking e Hotels pare regalato, o dato da clienti che usufruiscono di strutture alberghiere sporadicamente e quindi l’entusiasmo del niente. Mi spiace molto, viaggio parecchio durante l’anno, e durante gli anni, questa è la mia prima recensione che è sotto la sufficienza. Accettate non una critica, ma un’analisi da un cliente. Se migliora, ritorno volentieri.
