  • Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home backing to the 16th tee of the Black Canyon Golf Course.

    This home boasts a beautiful ready to cook-in kitchen, a one car garage available to guests, a patio, a balcony, and smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom #2. The home has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings. Everything is provided including pots, pans, dishes, a washer and dryer, linens and towels.

    Montrose is a great base camp for all Western Colorado has to offer. We are within an hour drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, the Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. We are a little over an hour drive to Telluride, Gunnison, Grand Junction, and Silverton.

Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay.
