Beautiful brand new apartment with a surface of 62m² locataed in a luxury Résidence close to the center of Montriond.  
  
It consists of 3 pices including:  
\- an ENTRANCE  
\- a separate TOILET with washing machine  
\- a BATHROOM with a bath  
\- a CORNER with 2 bunk beds  
\- a BEDROOM with a double bed and television  
\- a LIVING ROOM with a fully equipped KITCHEN, DINING AREA with table and chairs, LIVING AREA with sofa, television connected an an access to the balcony.  
\-an en-suite BEDROOM with a double bed abd shower room and balcony access.

Furnished and equipped for 4/6 people maximum.  
  
Ski locker/ Parking space in a shared closed garage and an outdoor parking space.  
  
Pets not allowed.

The picturesque church in the centre of Morzine. I took an hour out to wander the town this afternoon and explored a few places that I would usually pass if there wasn't any snow.  
Having wandered into the churchyard I found that nobody had walked through the snow here, the last fall was 10 days ago, it was a great opportunity to take a few shots that would have looked totally different had it not been for a covering of the white stuff.

L appartement est vraiment très bien propreté et fonctionnel très bien situé arrêt de bus à environ 100 m est gratuit pour aller à Morzine ou lindaret emplacement garage pour voiture à l intérieur très appréciable ascenseur bref aller
