Luxurious residence "Le Jazz". In the resort, in a central, busy position, in the heart of the city, 50 m from the lake. In the house: lift, central heating system. Public car park at 50 m. Grocery 10 m, supermarket 50 m, shopping centre 50 m, restaurant 10 m, café, 1 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Montreux Débarcadère" 240 m, railway station "Montreux" 170 m, bathing lake "Lac Léman" 100 m. Nearby attractions: Statue de Freddie Mercury 120 m, Château de Chillon 3 km, Musée de Charlie Chaplin 9.4 km, Montreux Jazz Festival. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Leysin, Villars/Diablerets, Portes du Soleil. Hiking paths: Rocher-de-Naye.  
"Le Jazz", 3-room apartment 101 m2 on 3rd floor. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC, fan and electric shutters. 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island). Shower/WC. Small balcony 3 m2\. Balcony furniture. The location is terrific. Basically in the middle of town with excellent view of the lake. Grocery store close by and many restaurants within walking distance. Just across the street from the promenade which makes for great walks.Only downside was property manager gave us no instructions on how to work stove and microwave also no instructions on how to use the television.
