"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Hotel is clean and simple. We rented a triple room and while it was fine for our needs, it is very spartan. You must pay an additional fee for a very simple breakfast- you’re better off walking down the street for a hot breakfast. Good location for walking to all the main attractions and close to mass transit for longer treks. Montreux has a pass for visitors that gives free rides on local transit and discounts at many local attractions. This is a wonderful bonus and made our trip easy and enjoyable. "
