As if that weren’t enough, we were offered mountain bikes and given easy, thoughtful directions to explore a nearby château. "Room was very clean. Cleaner than some more expensive hotels I have stayed in. We only saw two staff, a security guard and the lady at breakfast- she also appeared to cover reception and cleaning duties and restocking the breakfast bar. She was lovey & a very hard worker. The downside & reason I cannot give 5 star is the check-in service after hours is by machine. It was not working for the family in front of us, it was very cold out. It was clear they had a reservation to us, and the guard could have let the child at least, wait inside. He seemed to help them at the beginning and then he gave up and went back inside himself to the warmth. They did get through to customer support via the machine call button but it took way to long for their issue to be resolved and people were waiting in the cold behind. The machine needs to be indoors if there is going to be issues with it. We were all lucky it was not raining. They were at least 30 minutes out there. Thankfully we eventually figured out how to checkin online while we waited. The rooms are small enough but most places in Paris are. They had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Would stay again, but would make sure I am checked in online first. "

"Bon séjour d’une nuit, ce dont on avait besoin à bien fonctionné. Très bon accueil, sympathique et clair, vers minuit. L’hôtel devrait cependant un peu plus veiller à la sécurité de son staff car c’est pas sain pour l’accueil de devoir se barricader manuellement par crainte avec les systèmes de fermeture disponibles de nos jours."
