Je souhaite un remboursement de la nuitée que j’ai payé pour le préjudice occasionné par le tapage nocturne que j ai subi par un groupe de personnes irrespectueux qui ont fait la fête toute la nuit sans se pré occuper des autres clients qui ont débourser une nuit d’hôtel pour se reposer . De plus, les gens de l’accueil n’ont rien pu faire étant donné personne ne reste dans cet hôtel après 21h00 et aussi pas joignable par téléphone……. Je demande donc un remboursement intégral

Hotel fonctionnel, la chambre propre mais pas très spacieuse et le mobilier a un peu vécu. Le personnel est souriant mais pas disponible en permanence.
