Friendly staff, basic room, didn't use old A/C as it wasn't too hot, planty of parking, quite room. Clean enough, relatively new bathroom. Some smell (probably from new carpets) - needed to open windows and door for some time to let fresh air in. Very limited and basic but ok breakfast: cereal, boiled eggs, bagels, toasts, coffee/tea. OK for a short stay, no issues, good price

I was the one who forgot to ask for WiFi password so that's completely my fault. Parking good clean room and very kind staff. Bedding was a little bit uncomfortable and we all found the room a little hot throughout the night, we had been walking around all day so that may have had something that could cause the bedding to be a little uncomfortable.

The staff was nice. The curtain rod in my room was broken, so i had no privacy other than the bathroom. The handle for the toilet was messed up, so it was very loud sometimes since the toilet would sometimes be filling up with water for hours after i’d flush. I wanted to buy a bottle of water at the front desk but they were out of water. My check-in time was 3:00 but they weren’t ready to check me in until like 3:20 or so (i got there at 2:30, i understood having to wait until 3:00 but i was annoyed that i was a half hour early and still had to wait past my check-in time). The AC was blasting, i loved that. And the room was very clean even though some of the stuff was broken. Hotel TVs have been a nightmare to use since they all became smart TVs, but this one was good. It was easy to log in to various streaming services and they gave me a remote at the front desk when i checked in, the remote worked perfectly. Complimentary breakfast downstairs was nothing fancy but it was nice to have fresh fruit and cereal and bagels, along with a microwave/toaster. I wouldn’t call the area it’s in “nice” but I wasn’t scared of getting mugged walking back to my room at night (i’m a 6’3 male though, it was poorly lit and well off the main road so women might have different feelings about that). I just needed a budget friendly place to sleep while i attended Osheaga, it served its purpose.

The room was fine, although small. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was very disappointing, especially since we had stayed at the Super 8 in Brockville the night before where the room was much nicer and the breakfast was great. In Montreal, the breakfast consisted of bread which you could toast, a choice of two cereals, some unappealing bananas and 1 apple. There were only forks to eat with - no spoons for cereal or knives for spreading anything on the toast. Brockville had bagels and yogurt and hard boiled eggs and waffles, plus.

We were very skeptical after reading reviews about bed bugs and nasty smells… so when we arrived we thought it was suspiciously clean. We even stripped all the bedsheets off and examined every inch of the room when we arrived. But it was perfect. Bed was super comfy, a little chilly but not too bad. Shower was clean. Breakfast was provided. Bagels were a little stale. But the coffee was good and the eggs were alright. It was overall a wonderful place to stay, esp for the price and location

Everything was pretty much as expected, and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, a couple of the toilets didn't work properly, and a wall socket was completely detatched from the wall.
