The room was very well maintained, clean and comfortable. The hallways had some areas that could use a touch-up but they were also clean. The staff was great, and the relatively early check in time and relatively late check out time were great. The only downside in my view was that the hotel breakfast was very expensive and the 'buffet' was meagre to say the least. The service was good but the actual food was limited in selection given the relatively high price.

First time in Montreal and the hotel was great in itself but also the location was perfect. Almost everything we did was in walking distance. Only Uber’s to and from hotel to airport and the Jean Talon Market. Everywhere else we were able to walk to. The staff were so accommodating and welcoming. We did not eat at the restaurant or use the gym by choice. I’m would definitely consider staying at Sens Hotel again!
