Stay in the oldest yet liveliest area in the city. Old Montréal exudes a European vibe with its 17th-century architecture and cobblestone streets. Admire the Art Deco buildings lining Place d’Armes. Or visit the Notre-Dame Basilica, a Gothic Revival-style church with stunning interiors. Alongside its rich history is an incredible food scene with countless restaurants to choose from. Vibrant culture, trendy cafés, and bustling nightlife—find it all in Old Montreal.

- The number of guests must be accurate at the time of booking. Any undeclared guest will incur an additional charge of 20$/night/person and may lead to cancellation of the stay.

- Please note there is no cable TV, but a Chromecast is provided for seamless streaming.
- Some apartments have a partial wall separating the bedroom and living area.

PARKING:

- Free street parking is not available in the area.
- Paid street parking can be found nearby.
- There are no free car parks in the vicinity.
- A paid car park is conveniently located near the property.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

- Nearest metro station: Square Victoria – OACI.
- Approximate travel time to the city centre by public transport: 10 minutes.

Access to the City Centre:

Driving to the city centre takes approximately 5 minutes.

PETS:

If you are travelling with a pet, please contact us before booking. A fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies.
- The number of guests must be accurate at the time of booking. Any undeclared guest will incur an additional charge of 20$/night/person and may lead to cancellation of the stay.

- You must specify at the time of booking if you are bringing a pet; otherwise, the booking may be cancelled without a refund.

- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty of $500. But since I’m cool, I only allow e-cigarettes :)

- If a late checkout or damage results in a direct refund or a discount on your next reservation, you will be required to pay that amount.

- If you notice any furniture or amenities in the apartment that are not working or are broken, please let us know within 24 hours of your arrival. Otherwise, the complaint will not be considered.

- When you make a reservation with me, you agree to all of the above apartment rules.
