Very close walking distance to Old Montreal, Notre dame, Quartier d’espectacles. Breakfast wouldn’t be my choice, go to a boulangerie and get a good taste. Parking at the front is 18$ for 24h very cheap for Montreal Room very clean, central air, we were hot in the morning but other than that easy and good.

The hotel is at a great location at a good price. The rooms are very basic but good for the price. The rug in the hotel lobby and the rug in the elevator is in very bad shape and dirty. It should be replaced with laminate or tile flooring so it can be kept cleaner. Otherwise, the hotel is a great inexpensive place to stay!

The room had some issues but overall it was good. Was pleased to see a showering hose attached to the shower head. Pleased that the room had a floor fan & the room was clean. Disappointed to see the jacuzzi bathtub had a broken noxzle, the shower head was set to messaging spray, & the plumbing drained slow. Caulking around the tub needed repair as well. But still a good hotel.

Excellent location. AC worked well (ask the front desk if not on, as it’s central AC and some guests have closed the vents). Breakfast was modest but fine (cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, cheese, juice, coffee). Underground Parking right across the street is 18 CAD/day. Window was broken. We’d return here.

Amazing stay, clean room and bathroom with breakfast included, staff was always warm and welcoming, they held our bags before our check in time and after our check out time which was awesome. My only issue was the crackheads outside and very close to the entrance of the hotel.

The bathroom was very clean and water pressure was good. I didn’t like the carpet because it look very old and when we asked to have are room clean, the sheets were clean but stain. Overall, it was good and clean for the price we pay. And the staff was always helpful and kind.
