The hotel was clean and staff excellent. The only criticism was the parking arrangement where guests of the hotel were not guaranteed parking spots. I think guests should be informed of that when booking. My wife and I got lucky that we found a spot but many did not

Location was excellent; staff very friendly and accommodating. Only issue was a group from a US fraternity and sorority were also there the same weekend on the same floor and were partying in the hallways, banging on everyone's doors. Must add though, that after a call to the front desk, it was quickly addressed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Montreal! The location was great and made it easy to explore the city, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our experience and appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Montreal!
