La remise des clés tardives vers 18 H alors que l'arrivée était prévue à 16 H. Le ménage mal fait et les placards n'étaient pas vidés (bocaux de patés, paquets de chips, boites ouvertes et laissées) des vêtements retrouvés dans les placards oubliés ou abandonnés.
