"Felix the owner is very welcoming, helpful and friendly. He acts quickly on any issue about the apartment. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with beautiful garden and terrace facing the sea. Also it is within walking distance to the old town. On the minus side it is very difficult to find where to park private or public. There are only three restaurants near the apartment and they are all upmarket. "Stayed April 24 in room 7. Good location in a quieter area. Lovely views from the balcony - perfect for sitting out with a bottle of wine. Walkable into the old town or bus is just a few minutes walk away (recommend the Dubrovnik card which give you free buss access for the duration the walls/museums) little shop is almost next door for basic provisions and the shared kitchen is ideal. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend this as great value for money. 10/10...

"I booked 2 rooms for my son and me. One of the rooms smelled very badly of chemicals, it’s balcony (above a busy road) wasn’t clean and it’s air conditioning was switched off. We complained (via text message, as there are no staff on site to help) and asked for a different room, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it.
