Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I informed them that I was arriving late to Check In and when I arrive the hotel there was absolutely nobody on site no Staff I called him several times. I paid for a taxi to get the cost of €200 and I cannot find on Facebook or Hotel to stay the night so I had to return to the hotel and sleep there. Very, very bad. I demand a refund and a apology.
