Private: natural garden 300 m2 (fenced). In the house: central heating system. 1.1 km long steep motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery, restaurant 700 m, bus stop, railway station "Massa" 7.4 km, sandy beach "Cinquale" 8.8 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 13 km, Forte dei Marmi 12 km, Viareggio 25 km, Lucca 49 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 19 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 59 m.
