"Pros: Sehr gut eingerichtetes Haus. Sehr Sauber. Sehr nette Eigentümer. Rundrum niemand sonst und somit absolute Ruhe. Da beginnt das Wohlfühlen direkt von der ersten Minute! Fantastisch! Wir können das Haus nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen! Cons: Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe. Das war uns aber bei der Buchung bewusst und man kann sich darauf einstellen! "The hotel and room were beautiful. We had a balcony that overlooked the beach. It is on the main beach road so you do have to cross street to go to beach and on the weekend you can hear the bar on the beach side playing music. That being said, they did provide beach towels and are assorted with beach club where you can get chairs and umbrellas for about 20 euros. The breakfast was great - made to order omelettes"

"The location is incredibly convenient! Only about a 7-minute walk from the train station and just 5 minutes from a laundry service, which is very convenient if you need to have your clothes washed during your stay. And let’s not forget that you’re right in the heart of La Spezia, with restaurants, cafés, and everything you need just steps away. We originally stayed in La Spezia as a base for visiting Cinque Terre, but we were pleasantly surprised by the city itself. The walks are absolutely mesmerizing, especially in the evening, and there are so many great restaurants around. A fantastic location for exploring both La Spezia and Cinque Terre!"
